Holy Cross Daughters of the King 2016 Fellowship Event - “Be the Match” with Mildred Bethea

WhenSaturday, January 23, 2016 from 10:00am – 12:00 noon

Where: Holy Cross Episcopal Church in Wilmington, N.C.

The Elizabeth Chapter of the Daughters of the King cordially invites all other Province IV chapters, as well as others interested, to our upcoming Fellowship Day featuring Mildred Bethea. We are excited to have Mildred as our guest to share her work on behalf of “Be the Match,” a project of the Bone Marrow Donor Program. Mildred comes with a moving and fascinating testimonial of her diagnosis with three cancers that resulting in her own bone marrow being diseased.  After being cross matched against a registry of seven million potential donors, she was told that no compatible matches were identified.  Please join us in hearing the story of how the Lord worked a miracle in her life, and how she actively continues to minister for her cause as a result of her miraculous healing.  Come learn how you can help support Mildred in her cause and spread the word of this wonderful ministry!

A light lunch will be provided by the Elizabeth Chapter DOK members. We ask that those planning to attend RSVP by January 9th to assist our Chapter with preparations. Please respond to Chey Radeka at chey.radeka@hotmail.com910.547.1538 - or Pamela Federline at tarheel962@gmail.com.
