Making Space

It is evident to me that we have a space issue at Holy Cross. Not because we’re starting to outgrow our building and Sunday morning worship feels a little cramped. Not because there are calendar conflicts between groups wanting to reserve use of our flexible space. Habitat for Humanity Ecumenical Build

Habitat Ecumenical Build    Kwanishia Nelson’s home is well underway and on schedule, thankfully there have been no major delays.  For the month of April, Holy Cross has one workday on the 14th completing the vinyl siding, six volunteers are needed.  Visit http://www.capefearhabitat.org/2018-ecumenical/ and click on the Holy Cross button to volunteer.  In May, opportunities will include providing lunch for about 25 volunteers on the 5th and our last workday day will be on the 12th working on …
