St. James, Wilmington, in partnership with St. Mark’s, Wilmington, invites you to a special Jazz Eucharist honoring Absalom Jones on Sunday, February 16 at 4:00 p.m., with speaker Rev. Skip Walker and Bishop Skirving as celebrant.
A reception will follow in the Great Hall. Absalom Jones was the first Black priest ordained in The Episcopal Church and a dedicated advocate for racial justice and equality. Join St. James and St. Mark's for this celebration of his legacy with joyful music and worship.
